Service Nature

xolvarynblix provides custom design services including logo design, branding, and business card design. These are digital services that are delivered electronically upon project completion.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our design services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of project completion to discuss your concerns.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project before completion, please contact us immediately. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed. Any work delivered up to the cancellation point remains the property of xolvarynblix unless otherwise agreed.

Revision Process

We work closely with clients throughout the design process and include multiple revision rounds in our packages. If you have concerns about your project, we encourage you to communicate with us during the revision process rather than after completion.

Digital Deliverables

All design files are delivered digitally. Once files have been delivered and downloaded, they cannot be returned. We recommend reviewing all deliverables carefully before final acceptance.
